does the QL hack has Prediction box (for better aiming with slower guns such as plasma and rockets) or item Timers (for mega, RA, Quad, etc)?

If not,
can they be implemented ?
I am looking for a top notch TDM / CTF / Duel hack and having those features would greatly benefit.
